Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Ourtutorials Academy work hard to ensure a smooth customer experience.

1. Cancellations

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us at contactus@ourtutorials.in / 08574885353. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

2. Refunds

• If eligible, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation or product return confirmation.
• Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items/services may not be eligible for a refund (customized products, digital downloads, etc.). This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
