HTML Audio/Video:

Audio and Video are the important elements that we use in our web pages to make them more content-rich.

The audio file formats supported by most of the browsers are: .wav, .mp3 and .ogg. Similarly the video file formats supported by most of the browsers are: .mp4 and .ogg

Tags for audio are:

<embed> tag: <embed> tag is used to add audio files in the web page. It is often used with src attribute.
Syntax:

<embed src="audio_file.mp4" width="320" height="240">

<audio> tag: <audio> tag is one of the modern tags that are used to add audio files in the web page.
Syntax:

<audio [controls]> <source src="[audio file]" type="audio/[type]"> The browser does not support this audio. </audio>

Here, [controls] is the attribute to set a remote for this audio tag. The text- The browser does not support this audio will be displayed if the audio tag doesn’t work.
The other attributes are:

autoplay: To let the audio start automatically.
muted: To let the audio be muted already.
loop: To let the audio be played in a loop.
